Suncatcher Property Services, LLC

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Suncatcher Property Services, LLC ("Suncatcher," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through our website, suncatcherfl.com (the "Site"). Suncatcher is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and provides commercial security (Florida Security Agency License B3500121), porter, and landscaping services to businesses. By using the Site, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact/quote form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Property address or ZIP code
  • Services you're interested in
  • Your message and anything else you choose to include

Please don't include sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) in the form.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically, including:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, and device type)
  • Pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit
  • Information collected through cookies, described in Section 3

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes
  • Provide, manage, and follow up on our services
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding how the Site is used and preventing spam and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others

3. Cookies and Site Analytics

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Our Site is hosted on Squarespace, which places two kinds of cookies:

  • Necessary cookies. These help the Site work and stay secure - for example, protecting against cross-site request forgery, preventing redirect errors, and remembering your cookie choices. They can't be turned off through our Site, though you can block them in your browser (some Site features may not work if you do).
  • Analytics and performance cookies. These support Squarespace's built-in analytics, which help us understand traffic, such as how many unique visitors we have, how they found the Site, and which pages they view. Squarespace's analytics cookies (for example, ss_cid, ss_cvr, and related cookies) identify unique visitors and track visit sessions, and last from 30 minutes to two years.

Your choices. Where our cookie banner is shown, you can decline non-essential (analytics) cookies. You can also review, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

For more detail, see Squarespace's documentation on the cookies it uses at support.squarespace.com and Squarespace's own Privacy Policy.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and analytics) and Google (business email, where form submissions are delivered). These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers, when reasonably necessary.
  • Legal requirements and protection - when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Suncatcher, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers - if Suncatcher is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of all or part of its business or assets, financing, or similar transaction (including during negotiations), information may be disclosed to or transferred to the other party or successor as part of that transaction. Any successor would continue to be subject to this policy's commitments for the information transferred, or would give notice of any changes.

6. Third-Party Services and Embedded Content

We may use, now or in the future, third-party services to understand Site traffic or display helpful content, such as web analytics (for example, Google Analytics), a Google Business Profile, or embedded Google Maps or reviews. When a page includes content or tools from a third party, that provider may collect information such as your IP address and browser data, and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. We will update this policy if we add analytics or embedded services that collect information in a materially different way.

Suncatcher does not currently use advertising pixels or ad-tracking tools on the Site.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to ask to:

  • Access the personal information you submitted to us
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Stop receiving follow-up communications from us

You can also opt out of non-essential cookies as described in Section 3. To make a request, email info@suncatcherfl.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep certain information when we're required or permitted to by law (for example, business and tax records).

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy - for example, to respond to your inquiry, provide services, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Analytics cookies expire on the schedules described in Section 3.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, consistent with the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). Our Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website, email system, or method of transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a data breach involving your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

10. Phone and Text Messages

If you give us your phone number, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry or provide services you've requested, and only when you've asked us to contact you. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not sell or share your phone number for others' marketing. If we ever send text messages, you can reply STOP or ask us at any time to stop contacting you by phone or text.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for those sites' content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Your State Privacy Rights

Suncatcher is a small Florida business. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. To ask about them, contact us using the information below. (Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq., applies only to very large companies, and Suncatcher does not meet its thresholds.)
